The Salmo Vets (above) at the recent match Vs Suttonians
The Salmo Vets (Over 35's), concluded their first season in the Leinster Vets league, with a cracking game against Bective Rangers at Kirwan Park which we lost 22-10.
The Bective team has been playing in the league for the last 5 seasons and theis stood to them as they totally dominated the first 15 minutes, which resultde in a few tries being scored. There after it was all Salmoe, with an excellent try by Alan Bailey, with Damian Deegan converting and also getting a penalty.

In their two previous games Salmo Vets had beaten Seapoint 36-5 & lost to Suttonians 38-5.
